Steps:
- Saute onions, then beef. Add tomatoes, chiles, gaelic, lime juice, sugar, and spinach. Cook at med heat for 10 minutes. Cut tortillas in quarters, and dip in butter then place in 9x13 pan, covering the bottom. Cover with layer of beef mixture, sour cream, then 1/2 the cheese. Add second layer of tortillas and repeat process. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
