This is a great weeknight meal when time is short. I usually omit the mustard as I'm not a big fan.

Steps:
- 1. Sauté onions and shallots in butter. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix together with hamburger and egg, using hands. Form into loosely packed balls and drop onto kitchen table to flatten. Pan broil in skillet and remove to heated platter. Add sour cream to pan juices. Simmer a minute or so and spoon over hamburger patties. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
