Hannah's Exotic Ahi Tuna Nachos image

Asian and Latin flavors blend deliciously in this quick and easy, exotic spin on nachos.

1 pound sushi-grade tuna, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 avocado, cubed
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 medium lime
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
30 tortilla chips, crushed
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Combine tuna, avocado, green onion, and soy sauce in a bowl. Roll lime on a hard surface, cut into wedges, and squeeze juice over tuna mixture.
  • Combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a small resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and massage sauce to mix.
  • Divide chips between 2 bowls. Pour 1/2 of the tuna mixture into each bowl. Cut a small corner off the bag containing the sauce and drizzle over tuna. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
