HARD "BOILED" EGGS IN THE OVEN

Not really a recipe, But I wanted to share this idea I found on line just a couple days ago. Very easy and to me the yolks turned out much creamier then the regular boiled eggs, after baking in the oven you will notice a few tiny brown specks on the shell they stay on the shell and do not affect the egg. Number Of Ingredients 3

as many eggs as you want
1 mini muffin tin
1 bowl of ice water

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees depending on your oven mine is old so I opted for 325 degrees. Place as many eggs as you want in a mini muffin tin
  • 2. bake for 25-30 minutes
  • 3. after you remove the eggs from the oven immediately place in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. I let mine sit for 10 minutes
  • 4. Peel and enjoy!
