Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces & press into the cups of a muffin tin making sure to go up the sides
- 3. Fill with pumpkin pie filling (You WILL have some filling leftover)
- 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. remove and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pie spice
