Hawaiian Fried Rice image

A co-worker of mine shared his recipe with me and it is the best fried rice I have ever made. I make homemade potstickers and always have extra pork filling so i use that for the sausage in the meat choices. Also used some andoui (sp) and it was awesome, too. Hope you enjoy this! Had to do some guessing on the measurements,...

I'm not a huge fan of pineapple in savory dishes, but I really enjoyed it in this recipe. The sweetness of the pineapple balanced out the saltiness of the ham and soy sauce perfectly.

I've tried many Hawaiian fried rice recipes, but this one is by far the best. The rice is perfectly cooked and the veggies are still crunchy. The flavor is out of this world!
