Healthy Grape protein shake image

Came up with this protein shake/smoothie recipe. Easy and yummy way to get your fruit servings and protein servings in for the day.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 c frozen grapes
1 scoop(s) protein powder, vanilla
1/2 c any fruit juice
1/2 c apple sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Freeze overnight the grapes. I freeze them in my ninja blender.
  • 2. Add all the other ingredients and blend. You could substitute yogurt and milk instead of the applesauce and juice. Depends if you want more fruity or more creamy.
