1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with milk if desired.
