I have often served this or a variation on Christmas morning. It is also good for a brunch or lunch.

This frittata was a disappointment. It was dry and overcooked. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This frittata was just okay. The ham and cheddar were a bit bland and the herbs didn't really come through. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This frittata was delicious! The ham and cheddar were so flavorful, and the herbs really brought it all together. I served it with a side of fruit and it was the perfect breakfast.

I've made this frittata several times now and it's always a winner. It's a great way to use up leftover ham and it's also a really versatile dish. I've added different vegetables, cheeses, and herbs depending on what I have on hand.

This frittata was a hit with my family! It was easy to make and packed with flavor. The ham and cheddar were a perfect combination, and the herbs added a nice touch. I will definitely be making this again.
