Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine everything except bacon; using hand DO Not over blend the ingredients. Mold into a round mold in center of a cast iron skillet. Cover molded meatloaf with strips of bacon (completely) bake in over for 1 & 1/2 hrs. I always put large cubed new red potatoes around meatload and bake together and serve with steamed broccoli.
