I usually have the ingredients for this melon salad on hand. It's a refreshing side dish for any meal, and it's a good and fast contribution to a potluck. Sliced bananas, strawberries and apples taste great in it, too.

I'm allergic to melon, but this salad looks so good! I wonder if I could substitute another fruit, like pineapple or mango.

This salad was just okay. I found it to be a bit bland. Maybe I didn't use enough lime juice?

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less honey next time.

I'm not a big fan of melon, but this salad was surprisingly good! The lime and mint really balance out the sweetness of the melon.

This was a refreshing and delicious salad. I used watermelon instead of honeydew and it was still amazing. Definitely a keeper!

I love this salad! It's so easy to make and always a hit at potlucks. I usually add a bit of chopped red onion for extra crunch and flavor. Yum!
