This is a great, simple but very good pasta salad. It lends itself well to substitutions for whatever kinds of vegetables you like. Hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain pasta, then transfer to paper or kitchen towel lined rimmed baking sheet. Set aside to cool and dry for 15 minutes.
- 2. In large bowl combine chicken, peppers, snow peas, apple, grapes, and scallions.
- 3. In small bowl wisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, mustard, poppy seeds, salt and pepper.
- 4. When pasta is cooled, add it to the chicken and veggies. Toss. Add dressing and stir to coat.
