Hot Air Fried Polenta Rounds image

I love Polenta but to crisp it up, you have to fry it in oil. I didn't like that so when I got my Farberware Hot Air Fryer I promised myself I'd try cooking the Polenta in it. I did today and it was delicious. It's good served with some sort of tomato sauce, even Ketchup is good with it.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I used vegan cheese and milk in this recipe. It turned out just as good as the regular version.

These polenta rounds are a great way to use up leftover rice. I just cooked the rice according to the package directions, then used it in place of the polenta in this recipe.

These polenta rounds are a bit bland on their own, but they're a great base for other flavors. I like to top them with sautéed mushrooms, roasted vegetables, or even just a fried egg.

I'm not a huge fan of polenta, but these rounds were surprisingly good. The air fryer made them crispy and flavorful, and the sauce and cheese took them over the top.

These polenta rounds are a great way to get your kids to eat vegetables. I grated some zucchini and carrots into the polenta before frying them, and my kids gobbled them up. They had no idea they were eating vegetables.
