HOT CHOCOLATE FLOAT

The extra cocoa fat in the hot fudge sauce makes for a richer smoother drink. We like to top it off with ice cream, fresh whipped cream, and shaved chocolate.

Steps:
- 1. Measure the fudge sauce into a large coffee cup or mug.
- 2. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not boil.
- 3. Pour the hot milk into the cup and stir until completely blended.
- 4. Gingerly scoop the ice cream on top. Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with the shaved chocolate.
