When I was a kid, I could always count on these being served with the leftover turkey and gravy...such an easy, delicious way of using up those leftovers. I'm sure many have made these, but to some who have maybe never tried one...you don't know what you're missing! Enjoy! My photos

Steps:
- 1. Take your turkey and gravy...mix together in a small saucepan. Heat through,till good and hot throughout.
- 2. Place one slice of bread on serving plate. Spoon the largest pieces of turkey onto bread evenly.
- 3. Place the other piece of bread on top of the turkey. Pour the remainder of turkey/ gravy over the top. Salt and pepper if desired. Now, enjoy one delicious, hardy sandwich.
