Hurry-up Meat Loaves image

I recieved this recipe from my mother 7/22/00. It's very easy and my family loves it. Being 6 small meat loaves it's great to serve with a salad and mashed potatoes and corn for a couple of guests at the dinner table.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 lb ground chuck
1 c dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can(s) (5oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 c barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until mixture is thoroughly blended. Shape mixture into 6 loaves; place loaves on rack of greased broiler pan. Spoon barbecue sauce over loaves. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
