I'm gluten-free, so I used a gluten-free flour blend to make the crust. The pie turned out great!

This pie is a great way to use up leftover apricots. I had a bunch of apricots that were starting to go bad, and this pie was the perfect way to use them up.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pie crust turned out too dry. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This apricot pie was a delightful surprise! The combination of tart apricots and sweet, flaky crust was perfect. I especially loved the addition of the almond extract, which gave the pie a subtle nutty flavor.
