Yield 6

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup cheese of your choice (I prefer blue cheese, but any cheese will work)
1 large onion chopped
1 large tomatoe chopped
1 tsp seasoning salt

Steps:

  • Mix seasoning salt with hands into ground chuck. Separate mixture into 12 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a thin patty. On 6 of the patties, add each of the remaining ingredients, making sure to leave about 1/2 inch of the outer portion clear. Cover each of these patties with the six remaining patties. Pinch the edges of the two patties together to seal. Grill to taste.

These burgers were easy to make and turned out great! I used sharp cheddar cheese and thick-cut bacon, which made them extra flavorful.

I'm not a huge fan of burgers, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The bacon and cheese were a great combination, and the inside out cooking method made the burger really juicy.

I love the idea of putting the cheese on the inside of the burger. It melts perfectly and adds a gooey, delicious flavor to every bite.

These Inside Out Burgers were a hit with my family! The combination of flavors and textures was amazing. The crispy bacon and gooey cheese were the perfect complement to the juicy beef patty. I will definitely be making these again!
