On a cool evening, when you want to wrap your hands around a warm cup, or if you want to soothe a scratchy, dry throat, try this comforting cider. Brightened with lemon zest and sweetened with honey, it's ready in a flash, when you use your Instant Pot®. Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings.

This was a great way to use up some leftover apple cider. It was also a nice change from the usual hot chocolate.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this was! I'm not usually a fan of mulled cider, but this was light and refreshing. The apples and oranges really brightened it up.

So easy to make and so delicious! I love that I can just throw everything in the Instant Pot and walk away. The house smells amazing while it's cooking.

This was a hit at our Thanksgiving gathering! I used a combination of apple cider, orange juice, and cranberry juice, and it was delicious. The spices gave it a warm and festive flavor.
