IRISH-ITALIAN SPAGHETTI image

Yield 7-8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
dash of red pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
4 to 8 oz spaghetti noodles

Steps:

  • Brown onion and ground beef. Add seasonings. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add soups, cover and simmer for at least 10 minutes. (I usually let it simmer while I cook noodles, make salad, get dishes ready, etc.)
