-1 # Halibut
-1/3 Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
-2 TBSP. Grated Parmesan Cheese
-1 tsp. Tarragon
-1 tsp. Paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 450 degrees - Wash, pat dry fish - baste Fish in Veg Oil - Mix last four ingredients together -Dip fish in bread crumb mixture -Put in baking dish (I spray with Pam) -Put in Oven for 10-12 minutes -Do not flip or cover -You can dice scallions & parsly and then sprinkle over top -eat with lemon or tartar sauce ENJOY!
