Jalapeno Olive Dip image

I came up with this one night when we were expecting company. I went with what I had on hand.

1 c green olives, stuffed
1/2 c jalapenos, pickled
12 oz cream cheese
1/4 c blue cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Chop olives and jalapenos in a mini chopper or blender.
  • 2. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl. It's easy to mix if softened. Add Blue Cheese and chopped Olives and Jalapenos.
  • 3. Serve with pretzels, crackers or celery.
