This drink is called Jamaica Shake because all of its ingredients are products of Jamaica. Whirl them together for a cool, refreshing milk shake.

1/2 cup freshly brewed strong coffee, cooled
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 cup chocolate ice cream
nutmeg
cardamom
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated gingerroot (or to taste)

Steps:

  • In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth.
  • For garnish, sprinkle with ground nutmeg and cinnamon.
