Jicama

This recipe was found on the internet & has been added to my small number of raw food recipes! Jicama is a great finger food, & this recipe really dresses it up!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 jicama, sliced into THIN strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (or less)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until fries are well coated!
  • Set out on a serving tray & enjoy!
