Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and beat well. Whisk flour, baking soda and salt together in a separate bowl and add to wet mixture. Mix to combine. Add oats, then add mix-ins. Refrigerate dough until it's solid enough to handle (about an hour), so that cookies don't spread when baking). On a parchment lined cookie sheet, place lumps of dough (use 12 lumps for small cookies or 6 lumps for large cookies) nicely spaced, and bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
