Steps:
- Heat the olive oil in a deep pot over medium heat. Cook the ground sirloin til lightly browned (8-9 mins). Add the onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the beans and tomatoes with their liquid and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 40 minutes stirring throughout. Add the monterrey jack cheese and serve with a dollop of sour cream. You can even add a few tortilla chips.
