Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook sweet potatoes in boiling salted water until done; drain, peel, and cut into large chunks (about 1" square). Put into the casserole. Mix all of the remaining ingredients. Pour the liquid ingredients over the sweet potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.
