Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pkg unsweetened kool aid any flavor 0.14 oz
1 c sugar
2 c whole or 2% milk
1 c half and half

Steps:

  • 1. Mix unsweetened kool aid and mix together with the sugar. Add the milk, half and half and mix until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer container.
  • 2. Freeze for 1-2 hours until slightly thickened. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and beat until smooth. I used a wire whisk.
  • 3. Return to freezer container then cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove 20 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

This ice cream is a bit too icy for my taste. I think I'll try using less Kool-Aid next time.
