3 potatoes
2-3 tomatoes
4-5 small zucchini
2 onions
Shredded cheese - optional
s&p and other seasonings as desired

Steps:

  • Slice all vegetables Spray 9X13 pan with vegetable spray layer vegetables - 1 - potatoes 2 - zucchini 3 - tomatoes 4 - onions 5 - potatoes (again) repeat if necessary Cover with foil, slit and bake in 400 degree oven for 1 to 1.5 hours. Last five minutes add cheese if using
