Steps:
- Parboil the potatoes until mostly done.
- melt the butter in a skillet.
- mix everything but eggs, and creamin a skillet.
- fry 15-20 minutes.
- scramble eggs with a fork and pour over hash.
- Cook 3-5 minutes.
- pour cream over top and serve.
