Leftover Quiche! image

During the week I really don't have time to make a big breakfast usually I don't eat at all and just head out the door. So weekends I try to make a nice breakfast for my hubby. I love making quiches. This is one I made using what I had leftover in my frig.

I thought this quiche was just okay. The crust was a little too dry and the filling was a little bland.

This quiche was a little too heavy for my taste. I think I would have preferred a lighter crust.

The quiche was good, but I thought the crust was a little too thick. Next time I'll try using a different recipe.
