This tart is one of my most favorite company desserts. It's quick and easy to make, looks beautiful and tastes light and refreshing after a meal.

I would recommend using a different type of fruit, such as blueberries or strawberries.

I had some trouble getting the crust to come out of the pan. I think I should have greased it more.

This tart was a delight! The combination of the tangy lemon custard and the sweet raspberries was perfect. The crust was flaky and buttery, and the tart was easy to make. I will definitely be making this again.
