LEMON PEPPER ZUCCHINI image

2 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Season with lemon pepper.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.
  • Note: Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
