1 lb cabbage (Shred half, chop half, and combine)
1/4 C. Ketchup
1 T. Cider Vinegar
1/2 t. Salt
3 T. Sugar
1/2 t. Ground black pepper
1/4 - 1/2 t. Cayenne, according to taste.

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and stir to combine. Chill the slaw in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
