this is from my czech friends mother ,who is over 90 years old , i had never heard of this before as rudy never gets sick ,this is what they did when they had a cold. its simple and tastes good on a sore throat . i put some ginger in it and it worked well the jarred crushed kind from store , dont use the pulped kind when looking it up people had bad comments about the pulp
