Steps:
- 1. GARNISH: Green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes
- 2. Cut steak into serving size pieces.
- 3. Brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons of oil to which you have added lemon slices.
- 4. Remove steak to pan large enough in which to bake it.
- 5. Layer onions and garlic over meat.
- 6. Sprinkle flour over top.
- 7. Now combine bouillon, beer, sugar, parsley flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.
- 8. Pour over steak and bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours.
- 9. Serve over cooked broad noodles or cooked rice.
- 10. Garnish with green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes.
- 11. Serves 5 - 6.
