I enjoyed this drink in my Favorite French Restaurant Sophie's in Somerset NJ. I wanted more so I recreated in here. It's a French version of the Cuban Mojito. I so love Mojitos as many know from my mojito recipes http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes.php?q[]=mojito&chef=58104&ls=h&Search=Search&s_type=%2Frecipes.php But shhh!!!!! I am love with an other drink Thank Peter and MAX.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this cocktail. I'm not usually a fan of Lillet, but it worked really well with the gin and vermouth. I'll definitely be making this again.

This cocktail is a delightful blend of flavors, with the Lillet providing a complex sweetness and the gin adding a crisp botanical note. I garnished mine with a twist of lemon, which added a refreshing citrus touch. Highly recommended!
