Lingonberry Sorbet image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 cups fresh lingonberries or 3 cups frozen lingonberries
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vodka

Steps:

  • Puree the berries, sugar, water, and vodka together in a blender or food processor.
  • Process in an ice cream / sorbet maker and make according to machine instructions.
  • Alternatively, pour into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours, removing pan from freezer every 20 minutes and whisking contents to prevent solid freezing.
