Steps:
- Puree the berries, sugar, water, and vodka together in a blender or food processor.
- Process in an ice cream / sorbet maker and make according to machine instructions.
- Alternatively, pour into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours, removing pan from freezer every 20 minutes and whisking contents to prevent solid freezing.
