Steps:
- 1. Shred or Chop cooked Chicken into bite size pieces. Set aside.
- 2. Saute' Onion, Celery, Potato & Garlic in oil, add Chicken.
- 3. Stir in broth & rest of ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with desired toppings. Makes approx. 15 cups.
- 4. Enjoy... with topping of Sour Cream, chopped fresh Cilantro or chopped Green Onions and Fresh Cuban Bread or French Loaf or French Bread.... Salud and Happy Days... Lolly
