- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix rest of ingredients together. Cut bread in half lengthwise. On each side of bread, spread meat mixture, covering to edges. Place on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes. During last 5 minutes, cover with cheese slices.
