1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups frozen berries, ... (blueberries, chopped strawberries, cherries, rasperries (black or red)
4 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute or 4 tablespoons sugar
4 -5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup ice cube

Steps:

  • Crush ice in a blender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth; about 30-60 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
