1 cup fresh orange juice
1 ripe banana
1 (8-ounce) carton low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup crushed ice

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the dates, orange juice, banana, yogurt, and ice and whirl for 1 minute or 2 minutes until frothy and thick.
