This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce is amazing. I served it over mashed potatoes and it was a perfect meal.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used tofu instead of chicken and it turned out great! The tofu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sauce was delicious. I served it over rice and it was a perfect meal.

This recipe is a bit spicy for my taste, but it's still delicious. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper if you don't like spicy food.
