I'm not sure what went wrong, but my peanut butter cups turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the peanut butter filling.

I love that these peanut butter cups are gluten-free. I have a gluten intolerance, so it's hard to find sweet treats that I can eat. These peanut butter cups are a lifesaver!

These peanut butter cups are a great way to use up leftover macadamia nuts. I always have a few bags of macadamia nuts in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses them up.

I've tried many different peanut butter cup recipes, but this one is by far the best. The peanut butter filling is smooth and creamy, and the macadamia nut crust is perfectly crunchy.
