Mandarin Pork Chops image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 to 6 pork chops
1 tablespoon oil
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange , drained
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Top with oranges sprinkle with cloves and pepper.
