Maple-Orange Glazed Sausage image

1 1/2 lbs breakfast sausage links or 1 1/2 lbs kielbasa
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 orange, zest of (about 2 1/2 tsp)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. If using kielbasa, cut it into 1" pieces. Spread sausage in a single layer in an ovensafe casserole.
  • In a bowl, stir together juice, syrup and zest. Pour over sausages.
  • Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes until browned and caramelized. Turn sausages over halfway through.
