Steps:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and lime zest. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat. Cool completely. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a small bowl; discard lime zest. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
