I made this for my husband this morning and he loved it! He said it was the best French toast he's ever had. The marmalade filling was the perfect amount of sweetness and the cardamom added a nice touch of flavor. I will definitely be making this aga

I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a winner. The marmalade filling is so good, and the cardamom adds a really nice flavor. I highly recommend this recipe!

This was a great way to use up some leftover marmalade. I didn't have any cardamom, so I substituted cinnamon, which worked just as well. The French toast was light and fluffy, and the marmalade filling was the perfect amount of sweetness.
