Steps:
- Peel, cube, and boil potatoes until tender. In a small saucepan over very low heat, whip the mascarpone cheese, milk and butter together. In a separate bowl, begin to mash the potatoes, while slowly adding the mascarpone mixture. Add salt and white pepper to taste, and whip with the masher until smooth.
