Meatloaf Surprise image

This recipe came about one night when I didn't have quite enough ground beef for a meatloaf so I decided that maybe if I used the left over sausage from breakfast it should make enough meatloaf for dinner. And voila' I had meatloaf surprise, I was surprised it came out delicious. Grandma always said to improvise when I come up...

Overall, this is a good recipe for a basic meatloaf, but it could be improved with some additional seasonings.
